**Shipping Policy - Poise & Co.**

1. **Order Processing**  
   - Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  
   - The estimated processing time is 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.

2. **Shipping Options**  
   - We offer different shipping options within the national territory: standard and express.  
   - Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the option selected and the customer's location.

3. **Order Tracking**  
   - Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package at all times.

4. **Delivery Policy**  
   - Poise & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by situations beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or logistical restrictions.  
   - If the package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue.

5. **Domestic Shipping Policy**  
   - We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid address within the national territory.
